Mood: Tired
Music: -Same Still-

Ok, so, Emily came over Thursday night for our long-planned Invader Zim/Futurama/Family Guy/anime/rant fest. It was about midnight, and we were ranting about crappy friends. Anywho, we got onto the topic of our parents and their friends. It went something like this:

Me: Dude, I can't wait until I'm married and I hang out with the same people every weekend like my parents do. Everyone's an adult and you don't get any backstabbing crap like what we have now.
Emy: Yeah, my dad hangs out with the same people he did in high school though.
Me: What school did he go to?
Emy: Webster.
Me: MY parents went to Webster! How old's your dad?
Emy: 51.
Me: My parents are 50!! *runs to her parents' closet to get their yearbooks* *searches up Emy's last name* What's your dad's name?
Emy: Tom.
Me: Here he is!!! *points at his pic*
Emy: *bursts out laughing* That's hilarious!!! *finds my mom and dad in the yearbook* Man, this is great!!
Me: Yeah!! I wonder if they knew their future children would be sitting around and laughing at them. I wonder if our's will too...

Dun dun dun....lol. Dude, the world is a tiny place. Like miniscule.

Anywho, Kayla and I were watching cartoons this morning, cos I went to her house after work and spent the night, and all of a sudden, a My Little Pony commercial came on. People....My Little Ponies were around when I was a kid. They were my favorite toys. I have the original Dream Castle, the other place they moved to in one of the movies, and like 50+ ponies. My mom used to worry about me when I was a baby, cos while my sister and brother would be at school and I'd be upstairs, as quiet as a mouse. My mom would think I'd hurt myself and was unconscious, but when she'd run upstairs to check on me, I'd just have the My Little Ponies all lined up in a row and brushing all of their hair one by one. Lol. ^_^ It's really weird, because yesterday, I bought a big My Little Pony plush thing at the Antique Mall where I work. It was grungy, but I cleaned it up at Kayla's house and now it looks good as new. It's so kute!!! ^_^ And today, I wore a My Little Pony t-shirt. I didn't know about the commercial and I didn't think about the plushie- it was the first black t-shirt I grabbed out of the closet after work to take to Kay's house. The world is insane, people. INSANE.
