Mood: Sick
Music: Clint Black- Desperado

Oh Lord...it's happening.......

....I'm listening to country music.....

....someone shoot me.

I went to Dawn and Doug's (now have to list both, as they're now married) last weekend for them to open their wedding gifts, and both of them were sick. I think I have contracted that bug, and for the past 5 days it has been lying dormant in me, waiting for the opportune moment to strike me down into sickly nothingness.

Well, I sent out the little Turkey gram things today. They're little cards that you can write messages to people on, and the student council people deliver them. They have bunches during the year. They have Halloween ones, Thanksgiving ones, Christmas ones, Valentines ones, Spring ones, Easter ones....etc. Jessika picked up 6 for me, as I don't have a lunch hour, and after I wrote them, I dropped both Heather's and Jessika's in the hall somewhere. X_X One had an embarrassing story of something I had said to the guy I like. But it only had my first name and my crush's first name...so hopefully a person of low IQ will find it and get only a hearty chuckle and poke fun at me, then let it go. Oh well. The absolute worst that could happen is that my crush would find out that I like him, which I think is pretty obvious anyway. If a guy even says hi to me, I blush. *rolls eyes* I'm such a girl. Lol. But yeah, I bought 2 more and rewrote both MIA cards. That'd be funny if someone found them and turned them in, and Heather and Jessika got 2 with the same message lol.

I think I'm going to start Christmas shopping this weekend. I have a Borders coupon, and I can think of a few gifts that I could get there. Lol, I'm so poor...I'm using coupons to buy Christmas gifts like an old lady clipping out her food stamps to go to Save-A-Lot. Not that I have anything against Save-A-Lot (heck, I bought 24 cans of veggies for the canned food drive for $7.00...that's like thirty freaking cents a can!), I just never envisioned myself having to EVER clip coupons for Christmas presents. It feels like cheating somehow. Merf.

Crap, the employee Christmas party is on Dec. 5th. TWENTY days before Christmas. I mean, the 'tique mall is already decorated!! There are like 5 Christmas trees set up, red and gold balls hanging from the ceiling, little towns and villages set up, fake snow on the floor, wreathes, lights, little fiber optic trees, lighted garland, "Jingle Bells" being blasted on the sound system.....it's like Christmas just threw up all over the place. I mean, it's almost a full week until Thanksgiving, and the Christmas bomb exploded. Come on!!

My brother borrowed the 'tique mall's Clint Black CD to burn. I copied it for him while copying it onto my computer. Thus the "Desperado" song. Lord, forgive me, for country music is a sin. X_X
